They do the video selfie, sign the extra shit if needed, hand the login over or keep the account open, and get paid in cash. Nobody’s holding a gun to their head. Stolen IDs and pure fake docs exist, sure, but for anything that has to pass real KYC plus video, live mules are what gets sold in bulk because the real person can still answer the phone when the bank calls.
