The work
- Land podcast appearances: Monero, privacy, crypto, free-speech shows. Monerotopia and other podcasts. You pitch, you book, you show up on mic. camera optional.
- Create content that makes strangers curious enough to sign up: videos, threads, memes, articles.
- Run the platform's social accounts.
- Be visibly useful in Monero and privacy communities, representing Stasher News. Not shamelessly shilling, but linking relevant stasher news discussion links when relevant.
- Research marketing strategies or opportunities.
The pay
@ $550 per XMR, recalculated monthly using the daily 20SMA. 1 XMR = 1000 mXMR
- 50 mXMR/week base (~$27), paid weekly.
- 70 mXMR (~$38) per booked and completed ~20+ minute podcast appearance
- 10 mXMR per content piece, up to 3 per week. Social media posts, articles, promotional graphics/images/memes etc.
- 20% of all platform revenue above a ~$200/month baseline, for as long as you're engaged. The rewards wallet is public, so you can verify the numbers yourself.
- Your referral link pays you 10% of the weekly rewards of any user you bring in that earns weekly rewards. Forever.
The honest part The platform is new and small. The guaranteed cash is modest because that's genuinely what the platform can afford today. The upside is real if you make adoption happen.
This starts as a one-month engagement; it continues only if we both see growth/progress, with potential for higher pay as the platform grows and matures.

I’d love the opportunity to help.
I’m a strong advocate for privacy, decentralization, and Monero. I believe sound, private money is essential to a free society. People should be able to transact without having their purchases, financial history, or economic relationships unnecessarily exposed. What we buy and who we transact with should, by default, remain the business of the parties involved.
I’ve been part of the privacy community for many years. I’ve deliberately maintained a minimal public footprint, however, which I believe is consistent with the principles I advocate for. While I may not have an extensive public record to point to, I have a genuine understanding of the privacy space and a strong personal commitment to these principles.
Professionally, I’ve worked in customer-facing roles where I communicated directly with customers, handled sales, and helped manage day-to-day operations. I’ve also served as a board member for a nonprofit, giving me experience with organizational responsibilities and working collaboratively toward a shared mission.
I believe I could be particularly useful in several areas, including podcast outreach, social media management, community engagement, and general communications. I’m also willing to appear on recorded podcasts or participate in interviews. Because maintaining my privacy is important to me, I would do so under a pseudonym.

One month might not be enough time to see a lift with these types of advertising initiatives . With direct paid advertising and optimisation it can often take 2-3 months before significant results come in and that is assuming 4x times your budget outlined here.
