Hey everyone, John here. For the past week I've been helping Doug (Sunita) book guests for Monero Talk and Monerotopia — the longest-running Monero podcast, on air since 2017. I've booked almost half a dozen guests across the next four weeks so far.
What I've learned: the Monero ecosystem is way bigger and more active than most people realize, but a lot of great builders are invisible — no contact email, no public presence, just code shipping quietly. If you're one of them, this is your invite.
If you're building something on or around Monero — a wallet, a tool, research, a merchant integration, anything — and you'd be up for talking about it on the show, reach out:
- Email: monerotopia-outreach@protonmail.com

- Session: 053abbda6d3e0e70d80c0bb0b61f740ac4f2f2090e44ebb701e3f031932425032c
Tell me what you're working on and why it matters. Best pitches get a slot.

Long-time listener here — I've been following the show for years now. Just wanted to say thanks, John, for all the work you put into keeping it going. It's been one of my main ways of staying plugged into the Monero world.
I'll be sending over some guest suggestions soon — there are a few builders I've been watching who I think would be great on the show.
Love this — big fan of the show, by the way. I catch the Saturday live streams when I can.
I'm pretty new to Monero myself — I didn't come in through investing or tech, I came in through actually using it (tipping posts, buying things). The "invisible builders" thing rings true: if I hadn't stumbled onto Stasher and XMR Bazaar, I'd have no idea this ecosystem existed.
One thought: a lot of potential listeners probably don't know what Monero does yet, not just who builds it. An episode or segment on "what you can actually do with Monero today" might pull in curious newcomers like me — and give builders a reason to come on and show their work.
Sharing this around. Hope you get some great pitches!
John — just subscribed to the show, looking forward to digging through the back catalog. I'm working on a project in the Monero space that I think could be a good fit, and I'd love to run it by you. I'll reach out directly soon.
