Back running after about 11 mo of chondromalacia in my knee. It wasn't fast. Gait wasn't smooth. At one point my stomach slapped the ground, but I'm back baby!

Running speed is very individual just like heartrate.
Fuck you were faster than the guy on the couch! You could have pretty good pace actually. What's your V02 Max hahaha...no don't tell me I don't need that information at all...
Glad you are feeling well enough to get out!
ive been biking, surfing, walking 8-20k steps lifting, just couldn't run freely, i still can't but the pain is no longer prohibitive.
fantastic!
yeah, take those running sessions slow.
running fast in the beginning is never a good idea.
consistency is key.
Fuck bud sounds like you're doing plenty. My "training" brain says don't be sad if you ain't running if you can live that lifestyle!
Running...distance can be pretty tough I've learned as I age. Shit and I still run pretty well for my age up to 10k.
But man those sprint sessions just give great return aerobically and anaerobically. Plus the power return.
Then I find myself itching to go for a long run haha.
You got good hobbies!
Wishing you a speedy recovery—health is so important for everyone. I hope that, moving forward, you’ll be able to run as fast as Usain Bolt!
