As of right now we're servicing US lockers/counters before we decide to expand internationally.

If the item is rejected (because its too big of an item, or not shipped by Amazon), Amazon won't allow us to place the order to the locker/counter location reject the order. There are no refunds once we've placed the order (unless the item doesn't get picked up). We verify the order before placing with the customer. If the item doesn't get picked up in 3 days, it gets returned and we can refund funds or re-place the order.

We keep the one-time payment fee to prevent abuse from people ordering and cancelling repeatedly.
