Stasher is not censorship resistant. The platform is centralized. The platform administrator (me) can delete any content they wish. The promise is that I will not censor anything that doesn't cross the explicit line in the sand which for me is: gore, threats of bodily harm, acts of terrorism, illegal acts (trying to sell controlled substances on stasher for example). In other words, anything else is permitted, but you have to take my word for it.
But to add to this, users already act as content moderators. Interating with good content sends it to the frontpage. Downvoting bad content hides it. By default, users have a filter which hides any posts with enough downvotes, and you can tweak this filter in your account settings.
This is also described in the FAQs, https://stasher.news/faq. But in short: No upload limit. Instead, users have to pay for any uploads over 10mb. First 10mb are free.
