Can you clarify, I'm not familiar with tabletop simulator. Do you mean its essentially digital and ready to play now (multiplayer), and you plan to physically manufacture it in the future?

Yes, it is a board game in development which can be played in a digital environment (Tabletop Simulator) with a plan to physically produce the game in the future.
