Its low now because we just launched and we expect the reward pool will be small in the beginning. We want rewards to feel significant from the start.
As adoption grows and the reward pool fills larger every week, the amount of eligible curators can increase to 20, 30, 40 etc.

top 10 seems a bit low for a number, it is not currently the case but this would encourage engagement farming IMO. I would rather have quality vs quantity.
