2. At the time you make the payment, or tip, comment on this post the amount of Monero you sent / tipped, the transaction ID, and the address you would like the bitcoin sent to.
3. I will then send you the bitcoin (allow up to 24 hours) and reply to the post with the bitcoin transaction ID to confirm the payment.
