just listened to The Sovereign Individual (audiobook, because i am NOT a book person and adhd makes sitting still with pages feel impossible). still hit me harder than almost anything. the whole idea of actually finding sovereignty and freedom while this world keeps turning into a totalitarian dumpster fire… then monero, and this whole monero economy that just exists outside every border. it clicked. feels like getting handed a scissor blade for the system. need more audiobooks like this. linked a free pdf. if anyone knows a free audio version or has recs, pls share them. stuck on audible for now.
pull down to refresh
Need to re-read that one. Its been a while. Love the book. Continues to be relevant. Nailed the prediction of anonymous digital money (monero), and AI (autonomous agents). Two subjects im balls deep into.
I started a thread a few yrs ago with some of my favorite quotes as a read through:

There are many good books on archive.org
It takes some times to find the books but definitely lots of gems. Can we share pdf on Stasher? I’m new here so not sure what I can do or not
Mises has a nice curated collection of free audiobooks on similar topics: https://mises.org/library
This is the information people need to find on Stasher!

Almost everyone who reads this book feels the same: "scissor blade for the system" (love the analogy!)
I’m one of this book’s converts too :)
Need to run now. Bookmarked (and upvoted!) your post: I’ll add more books and free read/listen resources and reply here so you get the notification.
Also saw you found the link to my newsletter #338472 ;). You will find a couple of audiobook recs there, right after this line:
