Well I know a thing or two about cryptography, math, and numbers in general... so once your brain has developed enough of the right synaptic connections, you start seeing patterns in seemingly random sequences :) idk how to explain it effectively, maybe try online version of SET game: IMO one of the best brain exercises outside of mathematics itself. When I binged on it I was able to do it competitively in seconds. I'm also obsessed with the history of cryptography and unsolved puzzles like the Beale ciphers etc. I mentioned some of that here; being medical-grade paranoid since childhood helps too :) (and ofc you can use LLMs now too lol - they started solving old ciphers)
BTW, if you post your book rec in our Library you'll do a service to humanity ;) at least to the Monero part of humanity ;))
