Might be a bit buggy? I think this may have happened to me earlier. Look on your profile for your activity and then see if it is listed there as pending. Earlier I tried to make a couple posts and they didn't appear after (still pending payment conf) so I accidentally double posted and had to cancel one. For the team (@stasher) I would recommend maybe long term standing up your own node that way you can have people use your node as a remote node and you can process at zero conf for a faster user experience. If they initially submit the tx to your node you should theoretically be able to confirm the tx faster without compromising anything.
