Some clever little scientists figured out how to carry packets of data on ultraviolet light. Our phones are litterally shooting rainbows at each other.
Now rainbows should only be harnessed for positive and amazing purposes, but I think the bad guys have enslaved photons and theyre firing so many dangerous rainbows into the community that they NPC almost everyone.
Please don't get mugged by rainbows.
