Looked into your upload attempts. The files never reached our servers, but other file uploads are working properly. Something on their device or network is cutting the upload request. Typically an ad-blocker/privacy extension, a VPN or proxy, or restrictive "block trackers/requests" browser settings.

Try another browser first, if that still doesn't work, then try disabling any extensions that might be interfering.
