The NPCs of the world are the core problem on so many levels.

Carlin always said it best about the stupid people.

You think that guys fucking dumb; there is someone even dumber than him!

For sure. Although, I think democracy more broadly has exacerbated this trend. Take a dumb person and tell him he has to vote on something and be knowledgeable about it who has a full time job and then base decisions around his vote? I can't believe how much people still have an affinity for that word.

Realizing that a lot of people have different maximum intellectual capacities was a huge revelation for me. I didn't know that some people lack an internal monologue or some people engage in group think and tribalism at such an intense level that it's reflexive. I had more than a few conversations where I would explain something and someone would seem to understand and agree with me, only for them to later completely reset to factory settings. I spent too much of my time arguing and explaining things to people who honestly would only be convinced of something if their particular demographic or subgroup accepted it as consensus. I should have always known from early school days though from when a teacher would do popcorn reading and then you start wondering how someone so illiterate can even function.

Also, a lot of people genuinely struggle to put themselves in another person's shoes (or even their own given an alternative scenario) as even an intellectual exercise.

Pretty crazy stuff.

Carlin has some good stuff for sure. It's a big club and they're all retarded.

This is very well said my friend.

Intellectual capacity and internal monologue are incredible measuring sticks on someones operating systems. I'd gather pattern recognition in there as well and with the right framework you'd get a fucking solid person.

When I learned the internal monologue part I was beside myself. It was c'mon...what...like man I problem solve the shit outta my world...

but therin is the the intelligence dilemma. You are so smart it's hard for you to comprehend that people are not in your world.

You see things faster, quicker and put it together. You ask questions no one thinks off and ponder the simplicity's of life like no one else.

It's why we love Monero haha.

You mentioned something in another post about disability and the government...I have such an interesting thought to that as well but it's personal.

Discernment has become a great skill as I've aged.
