People underestimate the ability for tech/software/cryptography to adapt. Look at what happened with Torrent sites after Napster, each shutdown made the next generation more resilient. Monero is already designed to resist surveillance. Bans and delistings just incentivizes more development around things like atomic swaps, DEXs, and circular economies. You can't uninvent cryptography.
