Dear Monero community,
My name is Mahdi, and I live in Iran. I am writing this because I have reached a point where I can no longer provide everything my two disabled brothers need, no matter how hard I try.
My younger brother, Abolfazl, is about 11 years old. He has severe cerebral palsy and depends completely on us for everything. He cannot walk, stand, or even sit with help. We have to feed him, wash him, change his diapers, dress him, and take care of all his daily needs.
His condition is very serious. He has severe scoliosis, which means his spine is badly curved, and his hip is dislocated. He also suffers from extremely severe and painful muscle spasms. He needs surgery for his spine and hip, but we cannot afford these operations.
We know that Abolfazl is not expected to be able to walk. We are not asking for a miracle. But if he could just sit, even with support, or if his muscle spasms could become a little less severe, it would make an enormous difference to him and to our family.
His spasms are so strong that even changing his clothes, changing his diapers, or moving him from one place to another is extremely difficult. Sometimes he cries because of the pain, but he cannot speak to explain what is hurting him.
Doctors have also recommended neurosurgery to help reduce his severe muscle spasms. Unfortunately, we cannot afford that operation either.
I do not expect my little brother to become like other children. I just want him to suffer less. I want to be able to change his clothes without causing him so much discomfort, move him more easily, and hopefully help him sit, even for a short time.
My other brother, Hadi, is about 23 years old and has severe autism. He cannot speak and needs constant supervision. He can become aggressive and sometimes screams for ten hours. We stay beside him and try to calm him, but he cannot tell us what is wrong. He cannot safely be left alone.
Both of my parents are also ill. My mother had breast cancer and underwent surgery and chemotherapy. Her arm is weak, and she cannot lift Abolfazl. My father has muscular dystrophy and diabetes. Because of their illnesses, most of the daily care of my brothers falls on me.
I love my brothers, and I do everything I can for them. But because they need constant care, I cannot work regularly and earn enough money to support our family.
We struggle to pay for medicine, diapers, food, and essential daily care. I am also deeply in debt and afraid of the possibility of going to prison if I cannot repay what I owe.
I have tried many times to find assistance here in Iran. I have contacted government offices and different organizations, but we have not received the support we need. The small amount we receive from Behzisti, Iran's welfare organization, does not even cover half of Abolfazl's diaper costs.
The war and the difficult conditions in Iran have made our situation even worse.
I have tried to manage these problems for years, but I cannot do it alone anymore.
I am asking for help with Abolfazl's medical treatment and necessary surgeries, reducing his painful muscle spasms, and providing essential care for both of my brothers.
Even a small donation could help us buy diapers, medicine, or other things they need every day. Larger contributions could help us move closer to the medical treatment and surgeries that Abolfazl urgently needs.

Photos, Medical Documents, Videos, and Verification
I have already included some photos and medical documents in this fundraiser so that you can see part of our situation for yourself.
I have also shared several videos showing my brothers and their conditions on X (Twitter). You can watch them at the following link:
If you need more medical records, disability documents, additional photos, or videos of my brothers, please ask me. I am willing to provide them.
I am also willing to have a video call with anyone who seriously wants to verify our situation. You can see my brothers during the call, ask me questions, and check that what I have written about our family is true.
I have nothing to hide. I only want people to understand what my brothers are going through and why I am asking for help.
I know there are many families in the world who need help. I am not saying that our suffering is more important than anyone else's. I am simply asking you to look at the situation of my two brothers and consider helping them.
Please, if you are able to donate, even a small amount would mean a great deal to us. And if you cannot donate, sharing our story with others would also help us.
My greatest wish is not for a comfortable life or anything special for myself. I just want Abolfazl to suffer less, and I want both of my brothers to receive the care they need.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading our story and thinking about my family.

AI is pretty good nowadays. You should have gotten it to generate some more convincing images. For example, the furniture should match on both pictures and the carpet should not have cutouts.
