Why did you remove Flock listings after making 4th amendment argument?

I asked Doug directly, and he was not comfortable with them: it's his platform at the end of the day. If you want to get things banned, you’re wasting your tokens on the wrong person.

If I cared that much about having things banned, or any other particular policy, and so sure I'm %100 right, you surely think I would've contacted Doug eons ago? :)

Our discussions w/ him would theoretically be dry. Also I remember your venting posts about how hard/frustrating it can potentially be on that front to drive change. That doesn't sound fun. I'd much rather pull Aliena chan into discussions!

You know how Socrates is famous for spending his days wandering the public spaces and markets (agora) of Athens, engaging anyone from politicians and scholars to craftsmen in conversation. Kind of that mindset. He too asked a lot of questions, lots of probing and hard ones. Discussion for Its Own Sake.

Also I'm not inflicted w/ the idea that every discussion/argument I make necessarily needs to change policy, I may argue for something opposite of what I believe depending on the situation. So, the usual "If he's arguing about this, that must be his belief" doesn't apply either.

...and Doug needs a rec for the next better for "law and order" admin, your name will be the first that comes to my mind :)

But do I get to fight w/ you all the time? That's like %80 of the fun for me and would be my mandatory requirement for such arrangement :P
