My heart says keep it, my brain says ban it. Specifically account sales which violate a law (KYCd exchange accounts specifically, not telegram or X or snapchat accounts).
The middle ground would be keep the current rule and police it heavily. I didn't want to reply to this post because I don't like my own logic based answer.
In an ideal world it would be no question. Allow it, encourage it even. But we're not naive. We still have to operate under the all seeing eye of the state. We have to pick our battles carefully to stay alive and fight another day. People selling these services won't stop selling them, and the people buying them won't stop buying them. They just won't do it on XMRbazaar.
Is there a way bazaar can flag certain very specific phrases in listings? Or display a warning when the user is trying to create a listing titled "KYC'd exchange account" for example? That might make moderation/self-moderation easier so that the current rule can be kept. If bazaar can display a strong effort to combat the problem listings, that might be enough.
