I'll always make sure to actually write down my seed phrase.

I had some Bitcoin when I was still using Bitcoin on my phone and lost it on the light rail train and to this day I can't remember how much Bitcoin was on it but it taught me the lesson to always write down your seed phrase and not just ignore that pop-up
