This distributed marketplace already exists on Qortal and Particl. Qortal has a Pirate wallet built in so you can buy things privately. Particl has plans to extend their marketplace to coins other than PART.

Maybe some Monero devs can integrate an xmr wallet in Qortal Hub so it can be use in the Q-Shop app.
