"State and non-state actors are engineering mass migration movements"

Totally not us though.

This is actually a huge overton window shift. They are getting scared of how mad people are getting over this and how much the narrative has run away from them. I previously over the last 3 years went from mildly/moderately against this to scorched earth (in case you can't tell from my history here). Acknowledging the problem, but diverting the blame is pretty advanced in the progression of statecraft IMO.

They still have a ways to go because they still say refugees will remain eligible to come here. Make no mistake they will do this until they are stopped because the rulers are either psychopathic/sociopathic, extremely selfish and low time preference, stupid, or loyal to a foreign ethno-religious cohort. The incentives of those who wish to grow the state and those who wish to destroy the natives have been aligned for a long time, now things are breaking to the point where that alignment will be diminished.

I love how much Russia gets blamed without anyone ever attempting to understand things from their perspective. Do I like Russia? No. Do I view it as superior morally or otherwise to other countries? No. Do I think they have a valid concern when the treaty they had with Ukraine is broken by the defacto break of policies for Russia to operate a previously agreed upon naval base (their best warm weather one) in the region they are always invaded from? Yes. Do I think they are rightfully intimidated by the Fuck Russia alliance (NATO)? Yes. Do I think Russia's neighbors have legitimate justification for fearing Russia? Yes. Do I still think Russia is wrong for invading? Mostly.

Putin says Europe is completely lost: They are constantly talking about the threat from Russia and preparing for war... in my view, is a kind of political schizophrenia Hard to argue when you have Von Der Leyen blaming Putin for mass migration, when everyone knows they are the…

Agreed. They also constantly blame Russia for shit that is either not their fault or widely blown out of proportion. They threatened to nuke Russia over Russiagate if I remember correctly, they threatened Russia over Snowden too (no justifiable reason there, they got caught being tyrants). The Cuban Missile Crisis started when the US positioned missles on their border first. That's not counting how NATO post Soviet collapse doesn't make sense. If the EU wants to make an anti-russia alliance that's their fucking problem not the US's. I'm tired of the stupid empire bullshit that doesn't even benefit natives and only benefits a small subset of imperial stooges.

Our "leaders" just love to scapegoat outside entities to distract from how evil and corrupt they are.

The US should have either fought against the USSR in WWII, stayed out entirely, or fought communism domestically because it was way more of a threat than fascism and Nazism. Way more people have been subjugated or killed by communists and they actually did plan to take over the world and they tried.
