I’ll start. Ten Junk Miles is an ultrarunning podcast focused on the everyday, middle-of-the-pack runner who doesn’t have running buddies. It’s meant to keep lonely runners without running friends company on the trail. I’ve literally had to stop running because I was laughing so hard.

The podcast has three different shows:

  1. The Gang Show: A bunch of running friends talk about everyday life—and sometimes running.
  2. The Long Run: Scott, the show's host, interviews an interesting person from the running community.
  3. Meet the Nation: Scott conducts a short interview with an everyday listener of the show.

I guarantee that even if you’re not a runner, you’ll enjoy some of the interviews and Gang Shows. They might even inspire you to improve your fitness and achieve your life-performance goals.

That Triathlon Show

Hosted by Mikael Eriksson, a Swedish triathlon coach with a sports science background. Most episodes are long, calm interviews with coaches, researchers and pros about how training actually works: easy-vs-hard intensity, swim technique, bike pacing, running economy, nutrition, recovery and strength. He also does solo episodes answering listener questions.

It isn't hype or race-day drama. It's a deep, evidence-based show, so it suits someone rebuilding thoughtfully without pressure.
