This is nice and all but unfortunately this cycle will never stop precisely for the same reason that civilization will not ascend or grow in every single other area.
And that reason is that 90% of "people" are cattle (they aren't really human tbh). Adult children. They have no ability to conjure creative thought, and are born as slaves. They have no other function. They want someone to protect them and feed them. Not only do they deserve to have someone ruling over them, telling them what to do at every single step, they need it. They are unable to survive without it.
Until we solve this problem, all other derivative problems like capitalism and the like will never be solved, because they are problems caused by the very existence of "The Profane" ones, as Albert Pike called them. The unthinking animals that have no desire to do anything but fill their bellies and clap at whatever entertainment slop that passes by their eyes.
They are the ones holding us down. It is because of them that you live every day in a technocratic authoritarian HELLSCAPE. There is no cure to their inborn, innate desire to bend over, spread their asscheeks completely apart, and BEG the nearest dictator to vehemently REAM their colon until they are fully dominated and bloodied.
Atlas Shrugged and all that. Although my personal solution is an authoritarian government controlled by creative intelligent people who themselves deserve to live anarchist lives. This government would set an arbitrary but educated bar, and anyone who does not meet this bar shall be STERILIZED. They and their children's seed and wombs will be rendered without function. They will die without offspring. The next few decades will be spent downsizing civilization as a whole and making sure those of great potential start breeding in large quantities.
