moos: trustless Monero ↔ Ethereum atomic swaps

Seeing a positive first reaction from you means a lot to me, thank you!

Like retoswap, but with fully trustless XMR <-> ETH atomic swaps

* Swap engine developed through [Monero CCS](https://www.getmonero.org/2021/08/20/atomic-swaps.html).
* Fully open source on [radicle.network](https://radicle.network/)
* P2P offer book over Tor, discover and publish offers without exposing your IP.
* Daemon + TUI + desktop shell, all the same daemon.
* Sell and buy at market rates, with a minimal 0.25% fee (0.5% in total).
* No custodian, account, metrics ....
