What exactly denotes an established user from a new user? Maybe that's in the FAQ, but because of the accessibility issues, I can't read it.

An established user is older than 7 days and has stashed (been tipped) 0.01XMR or more (about 10 tips or so)

and about the accessibility, I'm working on some improvements this morning after studiying the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. After some internal testing if everything goes well the changes should be live this coming week sometime. Thanks for your patience.
