It's because he is the relevant authorities! Like those IRS workers that got caught evading taxes!

Kidding of course. This site may be somewhat insulated from feds compared to the rest of the internet due to the monero paywall.

In all seriousness I had a hard time finding the source for this story. Mentioned a little here. They hired back people who intentionally withheld federal tax.
