99 % of monero is probably held by normie investors that haven't ever done a tx onchain. of the 1% or whatever it is that use it the majority is just probably old guys like us who are buying industrial quantitites of street legal chopsticks and laxatives to try to get the bowels moving.

I think Monero already does a good job advertising this itself simply by being what it is.
Anyone with the mental capacity would put two and two together and come to the conclusion that Monero is something to their benefit if they are concerned about taxes.
In general, I try to stay away from suggesting this idea that Monero helps evade taxes simply because I don't want to draw attention to myself and also because I feel it would paint monero in a negative light to the normie brain.
But of course, that doesn't stop anyone else who wants to highlight this aspect or ability that Monero gives users, from doing so.
By all means, start a movement. Use Stasher. Make calls to action, a concrete plan, and see who follows. Good ideas lead movements.
