Yes, I have read the original.

I have been a member of Ásatrúarfélagið(Heathens) there hávamál is used as a source for ethical advices.

It is crazy how Christianity forced themself upon people. If people are good to each other, what does it matter what they belief in?

yes common law, but its weird how many people have been killed by on group trying to impose their moral code on other people and in doing so totally violate all the principles of the moral code that they say that have.

I'm heartened to see that norse paganism/Hellenism/Apollonianism and vitalism is spreading across the net. A few months ago I saw conservatives start to mention it derisively. Now they're mentioning it with less derision. I think the overton window is moving fast on this one. Not to mention the mention by the US secretary of war. It's also crazy that 3 people on this site with less than 500 users are sympathetic to the view. That's not nothing. If you extrapolate that out (3/500 =.6% x 195m white people in the US) that's 1.1 million people. Crazy. That being said, there is likely a huge selection bias here.
