The issue isn't GrapheneOS or custom ROMs; it's the lack of institutional support. Your bank, government, and school may not provide apps that are compatible with non-standard OS builds. In an era of strict device attestation, a phone that isn't "trusted" by these institutions becomes nearly useless.
The issue is that the cunts who attempt to rule us feel safe from all consequences and the people they rule lack the will to power to administer those consequences. They will continue until they are stopped.
