I think what @b is saying is that if you operate such a logistics network it would inevitably start to be used by customers who would start using it to ship illegal goods. If you provide good privacy, you won't be able to prevent this for the most part. Maybe if you have a well trained drug dog and an Xray machine you can do something, but that's about it (as far as I can think of). Any organization like that would likely be vulnerable to a RICO case too (extreme guilt by association). It's high risk for low margins considering how cheap shipping through the white market is. There's a reason DNMs use USPS versus building out such a network. Fun fact, Lysander Spooner did this and out competed the post office for a long time until he got shut down by the gov.
All in all, not saying it's an impossible problem to solve, but it's a hard one.
I'm not aware of any. I would be glad to hear if there were other solutions. Mail is very not private honestly. I remember Sam Bent mentioned something like the post office logs and retains the logs for all the mail that goes to you with to, from, and the names and addresses of both. Most of what you want to do here will cost extra and/or shift trust instead of eliminate it not dissimilar to using a VPN. Welcome to the dystopia.

There is nothing in tech that will make you feel dumber than when something that is supposed to be simple doesn't work. You can have well over a decade of experience dealing with complex issues and be reduced to an old person trying to use a phone for the first time in minutes.
This proposal is seriously lacking. It doesn't contain any provisions requiring a live video of your face and genitals to approve any transaction. Every face and genital combo can be run against a list of known criminals and then deny those who have a history of bad behavior. How else can we make sure that criminals aren't using our privacy project?

Yeah, I know it has been, but cameras weren't nearly as pervasive or high quality so it wasn't as bad as today where there's ALPRs all over the place combined with ring cameras everywhere combined with lots of stores using facial recognition. Also, the automation and interconnectedness of the systems like you mentioned makes it a lot worse.
I have some anti-facial recognition gear, but that's a killer site!
I think facial recognition is just a line in the sand for me. It's somewhat arbitrary, but lines in the sand often are.

Christianity fucked up the power balance though. Christianity introduced foreign influence and money, a taxation proxy (tithes), and universalism which disrupted the balance of power mechanics of their social ecosystem. Before that, their system wasn't really centralizing, after its introduction they seem to centralize more and eventually surrender control to a government. As far as I know my hypothesis is novel since many ancaps are Christian and have a bias against seeing such things and many secular anarchists are progressive and ancoms so they likely wouldn't even be open to researching it. Quite frankly your whole post indicates you're mind-fucked on a whole lot of topics. Deviating from your trained and ingrained framing from powerful institutions to include media gatekeepers, government gatekeepers, and institutional gatekeepers is a huge part of having a free mind. If you can't see the value in freeing yourself from those gatekeepers I don't think I or anyone can help you. If you think the "good guys" won WWII and the "bad guys" lost, I can't help you (leading to the rise of two of the worst and most genocidal governments in history the Soviet Union and Maoist China (https://grokipedia.com/page/Rape_during_the_occupation_of_Germany)(https://grokipedia.com/page/Mao_Zedong). Many of the restrictions you deem to be solely against calling out genocide aren't nearly limited at that. Several of the people I follow are clearly shadow banned or severely limited in an inconspicuous way without substantive reason (to include Doug Tuman, Derrick Bronze, and others), in the meantime many people on social media call for the equivalent of white genocide (or at the very least ethnic cleansing) without consequences to include even something like shadow banning. When you say things like "dangerous medical advice" consider that saying young, healthy people shouldn't get the covid shot was considered dangerous medical advice and is now largely vindicated even by official literature. Not all speech is good speech, I'm happy to say that. I think socialism, communism, gender theory, and progressivism in general is cancerous to society, but I think that absent government intervention the truth of my positions will prevail. Do you have that level of confidence in your positions? The question isn't about "free speech", the question is "What right does the government have to impose a cost on my speech?".

Nassim Taleb's Skin in the Game. He goes over how society has structurally removed a lot of safeguards by removing negative incentive and consequences for bad behavior. Many now enjoy asymmetric upside and little to no downside (mostly through government intervention capping losses). Antifragile is also a great book of his.
